Build things that people actually use

We are a registered Kenyan company with a small, senior team. If you would rather own a product that a business depends on than push tickets around a board, we should talk.

Real ownership

You will own a system end to end, meet the people using it, and see your work change how a business runs.

Small, senior team

No layers to push decisions through. You talk to the person who can say yes.

Proper employment

A written contract, statutory deductions filed correctly, and payslips on time. We are a registered company and we behave like one.

Room to grow

Training budget, and a path from junior through to owning a division as we expand.

Open roles

We are hiring for 2 roles

What we are looking for
  • Diploma or degree in building or civil engineering
  • Five years supervising residential or commercial works
  • Fluent with bills of quantities and progress reporting
  • Holds contractors to standard without losing them
How to apply

Three steps, no ghosting

We reply to every application, including the ones we turn down.

01

Send something real

A CV is fine, but a link to something you built or a site you supervised tells us far more.

02

A proper conversation

One call about your work and ours. No riddles, no unpaid week-long assignments.

03

A written offer

Role, salary, statutory deductions and start date in writing before you resign anything.

Applications go to info@onacomtech.co.ke. Put the role in the subject line. We never ask applicants for money — for anything, at any stage.
