Who we are

This privacy notice explains how we handle information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your indicative budget and the message you write. Our server also records the IP address the submission came from, which we use only to limit abuse of the form.

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for an ongoing or prospective engagement, and are deleted on request. Subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never reaches our server. The administration area sets a session cookie, which is only relevant to our own staff.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will action it.

If we change this notice we will update the date shown above.
