Using this website

The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general guidance. Specifications, feature lists and indicative prices may change as our products develop.

Quotations

Indicative prices shown on this website are a starting point, not an offer. A binding price exists only in a written quotation issued to you and accepted in writing. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Engagements

Every project is governed by a written agreement covering scope, price, payment milestones, timeline and support. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

Intellectual property

Unless your agreement says otherwise, you receive a perpetual licence to use the system we deliver, and you own your data in full and may export it at any time. Where a project is a bespoke build and the agreement says so, source code ownership transfers to you on final payment.

Liability

We stand behind our work and will correct defects in what we build. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the work concerned.

Governing law

These terms and any agreement arising from them are governed by the laws of Kenya.
