- Washer assignment with commission or per-job pay worked out automatically
- Prepaid packages and monthly subscriptions for regular customers, with the balance drawn down per wash
- Loyalty: every nth wash free, tracked against the number plate
- Consumables — shampoo, wax, towels — deducted per wash so you see what each bay really costs
How money reaches you
No one keys a payment in by hand, which is where mistakes and missing money come from.
Customers pay by M-Pesa paybill using the number plate as the account number — the job is marked paid automatically and the balance updates itself
Every payment captured without anyone typing it in, and the customer gets an SMS with the amount paid and any balance left
Daily takings by bay, by washer and by package, with M-Pesa reconciled against the till
