Restaurant POS — complete
Tables, orders, kitchen and till in one system, with every M-Pesa payment matched to its own bill automatically.
What it does
- Table plan, split bills, merged bills and bill transfers between tables
- Waiter takes the order on a phone or tablet; it prints in the kitchen and at the bar as separate tickets
- Kitchen display with order timing, so nothing is forgotten and slow tickets are visible
- Menu with modifiers, combos, happy-hour pricing and recipe costing down to the ingredient
- Stock deducted per plate sold, with reorder alerts on the ingredients that run out first
- Takeaway, delivery and room-charge orders alongside dine-in
- Shift handover, waiter sales, voids, discounts and a Z-report that balances at close
- Daily profit per dish, per waiter and per branch — several branches on one dashboard
How money reaches you
No one keys a payment in by hand, which is where mistakes and missing money come from.
Customers pay by M-Pesa till or paybill using the table or bill number — the payment is matched to that exact bill and the balance clears itself
Captured automatically the moment Safaricom confirms it, and the customer gets an SMS receipt showing what was paid and anything still outstanding
